This error can occur if the certificate Thumbprint entered into the Merge1 Teams connector does not match the Thumbprint of the certificate uploaded to Microsoft Azure Active Directory admin center.

Note: Take note of the Thumbprint located in Microsoft Azure Active Directory admin center - App registrations - - Certificates & secrets.

Note: The following error can be found after enabling logging on the settings of the Teams Importer.

Ensure that the certificate uploaded to Microsoft Azure Active Directory admin center - App registrations - - Certificates & secrets matches the Thumbprint of the Teams connector.
