Error: java.io.StreamCorruptedException: invalid type code: AC

Cause

Duplicate entries in the case t_generic_data table

Resolution

This requires a MySQL database table be modified.  Consult with backline before taking any action.

Issue/Introduction

Discovery of an additional Load File Import (LFI) source completes but fails to find any documents to process. The source glyph is grayed-out.
