Error Message
The FSA task report file will display the following:
Summary by volume
\\Fileserver.EV.Local\E$ (Volume is disabled for archiving)
Cause
This is typically caused by having the Archive this volume setting unchecked on the Volume target Properties page. With this unchecked, the task is unable to archive any Folder targets under the volume.
Resolution
Ensure that the Archive this volume is checked under Site_name > Targets > File Servers > File_Server_Name > Volume_Name > Properties page.
Note: With the option checked, the archiving task will only archive from Folder targets that have been enabled for archiving.
Issue/Introduction
File System Archiving (FSA) does not archive any items from the target volume.
