Cause
MAPI ConfigureMsgService failure in JournalMailboxManager due to the alternate log on account.
Resolution
Launch DCOMCNFG.exe
Go to Component Services -> Computers -> My Computer -> DCOM Config
Find JournalMailboxMonitor object, right click and select Properties
Go to "Identity" tab and choose: "This user", and set the user account to the new task account under which the journal tasks are running
