Error Message

Below image shows the Bates stamp going off the page to the right:

The image below shows bottom of one page and slight top of the next page.  The top page shows bates number is incorrect format  and going off page down and to the right.  The second page shows symptoms similar to the above image where going off to the right of the page:

In v10.0 PrizmDoc was introduced as a replacement to Informative Graphic Corporation (IGC) component and it is unknown at this time what is causing the issue in PrizmDoc.

Workaround:
When setting up Bates stamps you have options to add these in different areas of the documents, for now just use top left or top middle.

There are currently no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in the current or previous versions of the software at the present time. While this issue may be resolved in a future major revision of the software at a later time, it is not currently scheduled for any release.  If you feel this issue has a direct business impact for you and your continued use of the product, please contact your Veritas Sales representative or the Veritas Sales group to discuss these concerns.
