Cause
The PrizmDoc coding is not detecting the reference anchor within the formatting of the email. This issue has been addresses and rectified.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in version 10.1.3
Alternate Options
Option 1:
Use Area Redaction in place of Text Redaction
Option 2:
Export the Production in TIFF instead of PDF
Issue/Introduction
In eDiscovery versions 10.0+, when using the Text Redaction tool to conceal 'link' information, that 'link' information has the possibility of being exposed when hovering the mouse over the redacted anrea.
Linked data such as hyperlinks to internal or external websites, or 'On Behalf Of' email addresses are examples of 'link' information.
