Cause

There is a defect in the product that can cause StorageCrawler to crash under rare conditions. 

Resolution

This issue has been addressed in Enterprise Vault 14.2.2, available from Downloads.

Issue/Introduction

When upgrading some Index Volumes to ElasticSearch, the upgrade job will fail.
