Cause

The eDiscovery Product is installed on an under powered server or installed in a Virtual Machine environment.

Resolution

► For an eDiscovery Platform server running Collections, Legal Holds 
and Cluster Master (with no cases), Pre-processing, Processing, 
Analysis, and Review, the minimum recommended configuration is as 
follows:
→ 32-Core CPU
→ 128-GB RAM


For a VM environment: Recommend that CPU and memory resources are dedicated 
(reserved) and locked
to the eDiscovery Platform server, and not 
shared with other virtual machines on the host.

Issue/Introduction

End users are able to login to the appliance, but navigating and populating pages is very slow or unresponsive.
