Error Message
No Error message – emails that do not fall within the date range are returned in the results.
Cause
Some issues with search queries have been observed which leads to this issue.
Resolution
This issue is fixed in the following release(s), available in the Download Center at supportenterprisevault.cloud.com.
- Enterprise Vault 14.2.3, 14.3.1 and 14.4
Issue/Introduction
Unexpected results are returned when performing an Advanced search in EVS with date parameters and "Include attachments" selected.
