Cause
The esa.classifier_service.service.password value within the default.properties file is not correct.
Resolution
1. Replace the value of the esa.classifier_service.service.password attribute in the default.properties file with the value for esa.classifier_service.service.password from the esa.properties file.
NOTE: Use the properties files from the folder version being upgraded, NOT from the folder version being upgrade to.
Example for file location:
D:\CW\V100\config\configs\default.properties
D:\CW\V100\sratch\esa\esa.properties
2. Then run the upgrade again
