[#510218] An unexpected Lithold exception has occurred. [#51218]. An unexpected Lithold exception has occurred. Can not delete recipients from a hold which has been sent.
Additionally, blank lines may show when the legal hold details. This can provide and indication as to how many custodians are experiencing an issue. The below shows just one custodian having an issue:
Cause
A custodian added to the Legal Hold cannot be found in the employee table based on EmpID is causing the Error Message to popup. A step further, if the custodian name is also NULLed it will display missing the custodian name like a blank line.
Resolution
This issue is currently under investigation by Veritas Technologies LLC. Pending the outcome of the investigation, this issue may be resolved by way of a patch or hotfix in current or future revisions of the software. However, this particular issue is not currently scheduled for any release.
