The error is related to MAPI and not related to core product logic. The possible causes could be corrupt Office installation, MAPI restrictions, Antivirus, etc.
If an antivirus is active during installation through the eDiscovery Platform installer, it may block some of the components from being installed properly as it's initiated through the Installer.bat file.
Reinstall Office binaries through the Veritas eDiscovery Platform installer. Make sure antivirus is disabled during the reinstallation process.
