Error Message
The FSA task report file will show the following when set to Full on Reports tab of the task:
*** Error *** - Error making file: \\?\UNC\fileserver.evlocal.com\E$\Filles\SomeFile.docx a placeholder file. No such interface supported
Cause
This issue is caused by a inconsistency in the encryption types allowed by the EV server and File Server target.
Resolution
Ensure that the following key is consistent on both the EV server and Windows File server: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\Kerberos\Parameters\SupportedEncryptionTypes
