In eDiscovery Platform version 10.1, Microsoft Teams collections tasks function as expected and complete in the "Success" state.
However, in eDiscovery Platform version 10.2 (both upgrade and new installation), the Teams collection tasks run and complete in the “Failure” state. In the icp log, nullpointerexception is logged for this issue.
In eDiscovery Platform version 10.2, perform the following steps as an one-time activity before running the Teams collection tasks:

After performing the workaround, when you run the Teams collection tasks, all tasks run and complete in the "Success" state.
