There is no error message associated with this issue. 

Review of Search Logs will show the issue where two separate messages have been indexed as one indexed item.

Cause

The cause is currently under investigation.

Resolution

The issue can be resolved by Rebuilding the affected Index Volume(s) .

 

Issue/Introduction

Enterprise Vault (EV) Discovery Accelerator (DA) Search results show as [No author] and No Title in the Search results pane. When the item is selected the Preview pane correctly displays the author and the title of the message. Additionally, some of the results may be unexpected as they do not meet the Search Criteria.

When searching the items in Enterprise Vault Search (EVS) the results will show two items on a single line, with each column having two entries separated by a semi colon (;). For example:
