Cause

Due to environmental issues, http to https direction is not completed successfully, which results in the page not being completely expanded. 

Resolution


1. Take a Back-up of following java script file to a safe BACKUP_LOCATION 
     $CW\V101\web\app\jsp\search\newAngularUIRedirect.jsp

2. Right Click on the "newAngularUIRedirect.txt"  located at the bottom of this article and download the file.

3. Select the 'Save link as' newAngularUIRedirect.txt

4. Rename newAngularUIRedirect.txt to newAngularUIRedirect.jsp

5. Copy newAngularUIRedirect.jsp to $CW\V101\web\app\jsp\search\newAngularUIRedirect.jsp

6. Restart the eDP Services.

If any unexpected problem occurs, please restore backup files from BACKUP_LOCATION
 

Issue/Introduction

When logging into the eDiscovery Platform URL, it redirects to https://Servername/goToNewUI.do and the result is a blank screen.
