Error in provisioning reports:
mailbox for user 'CN=Anna Lou/O=Veritas@Veritas', file 'mail\alou' - Unable to determine if DB [88257f310053e260] is replicated to server [Domino01/Veritas] - Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: targetDB
Cause
This issue is related to domino servers when the servers are in cluster. The argument null exception was thrown for the parameter target DB.
Resolution
Workaround: Cancel the "Mark as preferred server in cluster" option on all servers.
1. Launch the Enterprise Vault Admin console.
2. Expand Targets - Domino and find out Domino domain and Domino server.
3. Right-click one Domino server which is a member of Domino cluster and select properties.
4. Click cluster tab.
5. Uncheck the "Mark as preferred server in cluster" option and click Apply.
6. Repeat step 3 - 5 for all Domino cluster servers.
7. Run Domino provisioning task again.
