Issue/Introduction

When creating a case in eDP and copying/pasting a Case Name from a document that allows special characters, it is possible these special characters will be saved in the name. Issue reported was related to copying from Microsoft Office Excel Spreadsheet where the name had a Non-Breaking space character in it. The special character appears to be a regular space. When specifying a space in the search the case will not show being the actual character is not a space character.
