Cause
The PrizmDoc service is disabled in the ESA properties file.
Resolution
Update the ESA properties through the Property Browser, then restart the eDP services
How to modify ESA properties
1. Log into the user interface.
2. Navigate to System > Support Features
3. Choose Property Browser from the drop-down.
4. In the text box for 'Name of property to change' enter the ESA property
esa.imaging.prizmdoc.service.enabled
5. In the text box for 'New value (leave blank to remove)' enter the new value
ENABLED
6. Check the box for 'Confirm change. Are you sure?*'
7. Click the Submit button
Issue/Introduction
Using either the Imaging Tools Management utility or the System > Appliances > Appliance roles, the document imaging for PrizmDoc fails to enable. After pressing Submit, the button grays out and no further action takes place.
