Cause
The restrictions applied to the Redaction Sets are by design to eliminate the possibility for the 'Cross-Site Scripting' code to be entered into the eDP product by malicious intent.
Resolution
The product is designed to prevent 'Cross-Site Scripting' to be added to the product. Preexisting Redaction Sets that already contain characters outside of the restricted set are permitted since the reasoning codes are already clear of Cross-Site Scripting and cannot be modified.
Issue/Introduction
When creating a case template using the new eDP v10.2 'Import preset redaction reasons using CSV' feature or importing a Redaction Set directly to the case, if the reason codes in the CSV contain (parenthesis), the import fails with a warning.
