Cause

Under investigation.

Resolution

  1. Using the Property Browser under System > Support Features  (https://www.veritas.com/content/support/en_US/article.100038262)
  2. Edit the following property and value on each node of the cluster:
    Property:  esa.xss.filter.enabled
    Value:   false         (default – true)

      3.   Restart eDP services, using CW Utility options 3 & 4.

 

Issue/Introduction

When a user attempts to delete any tags in a Case Template they receive an error and are unable to remove the tags. It's been identified that this issue affects eDP v10.2 and above.
