Cause

Stellent service is likely not enabled.

 

Resolution

Confirm and/or enable Stellent Service:

  1. eDP navigate to System > Support Features
  2. Choose Appliance: 
    • Support Feature:   Imaging Tools Management
    • Options:  CAPACITY_LOG
    • Service:  STELLENT
    • Press Submit button
  3. Confirm State = 'Enabled' for all nodes.
  4. If not enabled, change Options and select:  ENABLE_SERVICE
  5. Press Submit button
  6. Repeat for each node of the eDP cluster
  7. When finished restart eDP services using the CW Utility options 3 & 4

 

 

 

 

Issue/Introduction

In Analysis and Review. When attempting to view an attachment in Text View instead of the document content it will display a HTTP 500 error.
