Error Message

The sent date format and language of a message in Native View/Production Export don't honor the selected Locale on the server. The below example is of a scenario where system settings and locale have a 12hr GMT format and the Icelandic language selected.

PrizmDoc is unable to convert the date and time format/language correctly. Only the UTC format and English language are supported.

Enterprise Vault has acknowledged that the above-mentioned issue is present in the v10.0.0 and above, where PrizmDoc Imaging tool is used. Enterprise Vault is committed to product quality and satisfied customers.

This issue will be resolved by way of a patch or hotfix in current or future revisions of the software. The sent date format and language in Native View/Production Export are incorrect. The date is displayed only in UTC format and English language on v10.0.0 and above.
