Cause

A Precondition Check Failure indicates the case is not in a ready state (aka: busy).

The Precondition error happens after the real issue.  Some action, however minor that action may be, failed prior to the pop-up error, thus causing the case to not be in a ready state.  If the cause is a lack of memory, eventually the memory will be restored and interactions can take place again.

Resolution

Option 1:
► Lock and Reserve the memory for the eDP server(s) (For the Virtual server environment:)
► Add additional memory to the server (For the Physical server environment)

Option 2:
► Split the active cases between multiple eDP servers

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to do a action within an eDP case, a pop-up error appears stating there is a Precondition check failure for the case.
