Cause
Application error.
Resolution
There are no plans to address this issue by way of a patch or hotfix in earlier versions of the software at the present time. However, the issue has been addressed in the revision of the product specified at the end of this article.
Please contact your Sales representative or the Sales group for upgrade information including upgrade eligibility to the release containing the resolution for this issue.
This issue is resolved in 14.4.1 and later versions. Go to the Download Center and upgrade.
Issue/Introduction
Periodically the ArchiveTask.exe may crash and generate an application log event (1000), showing exception code 0xc0000374. If the crash occurs while using the Outlook MAPI library, it may lead to Lie Mode Lock errors in the Enterprise Vault event logs (Events 3230 and 7206) that occur sometime later.
