Keyword Search returns each item with error "undefined"

Error on the Analysis and Review page, on each item, after running a keyword search:
undefined
undefined is not iterable (cannot read property Symbol(Synbol.Iterator))
Error in server.log file:
[#500165] {0} not found for ID : {1}
Cause
This is due to an API failure to retrieve messages and is specific to some environments.
Resolution
Veritas has acknowledged that the above-mentioned issue is present in the current version(s) of the product(s). Veritas is committed to product quality and satisfied customers. The issue is currently scheduled to be addressed in the next CHF v10.2.4 of the product which is tentatively planned for the end of September-2023.
