Description

When receiving content from Symphony, the content can be received from Symphony in multiple formats, including EML and XML. Although the content can be delivered in multiple formats, the Symphony importer can only accept and import data received in XML format. 

Note: If the content is delivered in EML format, for example, then an EML importer would be the appropriate option to ingest the data.
