Enterprise Vault looks to the registry for the Notes data and binary paths under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node registry key and the configuration details are not present. The 64bit version of the Notes client does not create the necessary registry key/values in this location of the registry.
As of HCL Notes 12.0.2, there is a 64 bit version of the Notes Client available. Currently, Enterprise Vault does not support a 64 bit version of HCL Notes on the EV server.
Uninstall the 64bit version of the Notes client, then install the 32bit version of the Notes client.
Restart Enterprise Vault services, and then retry the EV Archiving task.
