There is an issue with PrizmDoc Version PrizmDoc 13.16 which causes this error. Not enough disk space on the drive can also cause this issue on all versions of PrizmDoc.
This issue has been fixed with PrizmDoc Version 13.17 and above.
Workaround:
1. Stop the Prizm Services.
2. Go to D:\PrizmServer\Cache and clear out all subfolders.
3. Start the Prizm Services.
4. Steps 1-3 will free up some disk space. If available drive space is still too low, consider adding more drive space or freeing up more space by removing temp files, old log files, installation packages, etc.
