Cause
The behavior in question can be an outcome of a corrupt Outlook Profile or MAPI issues.
Resolution
1. Clear all the old and Stale Outlook profiles on the Enterprise Vault Server.
2. Run the fixmapi.exe tool, which is usually found in C:\Windows\system32.
3. Reboot the EV server in order to allow the changes to take effect.
NOTE: Attempt with Step 1, If that doesn't fix the issue, proceed to Step 2 followed by Step 3.
