The identity on the StorageOnlineOpns DCOM object is incorrect.

Note: This may occur on other processes and the DCOM objects should be verified to enure they are running under the correct identity.  

Update the identity in the StorageOnlineOpns DCOM object.

1. Open dcomcnfg as the VSA 
2. Expand Component Services > Computers > My Computer > DCOM Config
3. Go to Properties of StorageOnlineOpns 
4. Go to the Identity tab and update the User and Password
5. Restart the Enterprise Vault Storage Service and validate the errors no longer appear
