Workaround

Select the Folder Options icon on the top bar, next to the All Documents.

Issue/Introduction

In Analysis & Review (A&R) screen, after performing search, the left side of the result pane will display a series of filters. The folder filter will have problems when there are too many top level + subfolders associated within that case.
Scrolling through the subfolders will not function properly (skips to the end of that top level's subfolders) when the top level folder count exceeds a certain count.
