If you have recently moved your Storage Queue check that you have copied all the files from the old location.
If you find the missing file, copy it into the new Storage Queue folder and then use EVSVR to recover the missing item.

This issue can occur when SQL entries exist for items in the StorageQueueSavesetReingestLog table within the vault store database.
This issue is currently under investigation by Veritas Technologies LLC. Pending the outcome of the investigation, this issue may be resolved by way of a patch or hotfix in current or future revisions of the software. However, this particular issue is not currently scheduled for any release.
