There are no error messages. Just shows both options grayed out in the user interface:

Logic / Coding issue for the new Analysis & Review tab.

10.2.5 and above
Issue/Introduction
The Lock/Produce and Unlock/Unproduce buttons for production folders are grayed out when they should not be. If the production folder is unlocked, the Lock/Produce button should be available. If the production folder is locked, the Unlock/Unproduce button should be available. The issue affects eDiscovery Platform (eDP) version 10.1.3 and above.
