[500172] tags are already tagged/untagged to a particular document

Cause

The root cause of this issue is still being investigated.

Workaround: Disable the Auto Advance feature as below.

1. Enter Review Mode > Text view.

2. In the Tag window, click on Gear icon and uncheck the Auto Advance checkbox.

 

Resolution

This issue is currently under investigation by Veritas Technologies LLC. Pending the outcome of the investigation, this issue may be resolved by way of a patch or hotfix in current or future revisions of the software. However, this particular issue is not currently scheduled for any release.  If you feel this issue has a direct business impact for you and your continued use of the product, please contact your Veritas Sales representative or the Veritas Sales group to discuss these concerns.

Issue/Introduction

Tagging documents in the Text view results in an error, whereas Native view has no issues. This does not prevent users from tagging, but every time an item is tagged, this error pops up and the user has to click Dismiss to move forward.
