Merge1.Domain.Exceptions.SanitizedException: Failed to sync users from Active Directory. Error = The server is not operational.
Cause
The connector fails to communicate with the LDAP server that is registered under Server Name located in Monitored Users > Active Directory > Active Directory Configuration, when attempting to sync the users to monitor.
Resolution
Ensure communication to the LDAP server is available, and if needed, update the Server Name to an available LDAP server.
Issue/Introduction
Merge1 connector fails to run and stops importing while trying to sync monitored users.
