In the server.yyyy-mm-dd.log:
[#510200] A fatal error occurred while trying to send emails for legal hold notice {0}
Caused by: com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSenderFailedException: 501 5.1.7 Invalid address
Cause
An invalid value was entered into the legal hold Admin Bcc Recipients field.
Resolution
- Remove the invalid value in the Admin Bcc Recipients field.
- Restart services as this value is cached at startup.
Issue/Introduction
When attempting to send System Admin or Custodian Notices, all emails fail to send even though all email addresses are valid
