No errors are observed.

 

Cause

The issue was caused by corruption of the Merge1 installation files and/or the database.

 

Resolution

To resolve the issue of the inaccurate count follow the below steps:

 

  1. Uninstall the Merge1 application.
  2. Delete the Merge1 database.
  3. Reinstall the Merge1 application.
  4. Create a new Merge1 database.
  5. Configure the Merge1 application with the correct settings.

 

Issue/Introduction

After performing an upgrade of Merge1 On-Premise, the dashboard count does not reflect an accurate count of items processed for certain importers.

Note: The accurate amount of items imported can be validated via logging of the individual importers
