The CAB/ARCHCAB files are corrupt and cannot be opened after being downloaded from Microsoft Azure Blob Storage
Note: The .ARCHCAB extension is used when files are restored from a migrated location.
To confirm this, find the Collectionxxxx.CAB/ARCHCAB file in the Event Logs\Dtrace and browse to the location in EV storage, then attempt to open the CAB/ARCHCAB file. If the file is corrupt, it will fail to open using Explorer.
If no version of the file can be found that is not corrupted, then please contact Support to assist with removing the affected items from EV.
