Workaround
1. Assign VSA read and write permissions to the folder where the database and log will be stored, and it is recommended to set full access permissions.
2. Run New Vault store wizard, don't click "browser" when setting "Vault store Database location on SQL" and "Transaction log location on SQL".
3. Directly enter the path where to store the database and transaction log without using the UNC path:
4. Then proceed with the New Vault Store wizard.
Cause
VSA is missing the required permissions on the SQL server.
Issue/Introduction
New Vault Store creation fails while resolving the UNC path provided for the vault store database location, if the Vault Service Account(VSA) doesn't have the required permission on the SQL server.
