How to manually uninstall and reinstall PrizmDoc components

I. To manually uninstall PrizmDoc components, do the following:

1. Open the Clearwell server, go to Windows Services and make a note of the logon account used for EsaPrizmDocServer service.
2. Make sure the password is known as it will be needed during the manual installation.
3. Go to the Control Panel>Programs and Features.
4. From the list, right click on the PrizmDoc Client and select Uninstall.
5. Once completed, right click on the PrizmDoc Server and select Uninstall.
6. Once finished, reboot the Clearwell server.

Now the PrizmDocClient and PrizmDocServer should be completely removed from the Programs and Features.

II. To manually install PrizmDoc components.

1. Using Windows Explorer, go to the installation folder (e.g. If Clearwell version is v.10.2, the folder would be D:\CW\V102\utilities\PrizmDoc).
2. There should be 2 files listed in this folder: PrizmDocClient.exe, PrizmDocServer.exe. Double click on the PrizmDocClient.exe and follow prompts to install it.
3. Repeat the same steps as in # 2 for the PrizmDocServer.exe by double clicking on the PrizmDocServer.exe and follow the prompts to install it.
