Save button is grayed out.
Password needs to be reset.
Sometimes, the ability to disable users from eDiscovery System>Users>User Profile tab is unavailable due to the Save button being grayed out even after changing the Identity Source from Enterprise to Local.
This is because the password is required. To reset the password:
1. From System>Users>User Profile tab, select the user that needs to be disabled.
2. In the Password * field, type in the known password.
3. In the Verify Password * field, retype the same password above.
The Save button should now be available.
