Error Message
Users will get the error message below:
You do not have access to archives. If the problem persists, contact your Enterprise Vault Administrator.
The following event is generated in the event viewer.
Event ID: 41478 User 'domain\username' does not have permission on any archive.

Cause
One of the reasons for this error could be if there is an issue with VSA permissions on the Server.
Resolution
Re-enter VSA credentials in the Vault Admin Console and then try accessing EVS.
