eDiscovery/Clearwell  account doesn't have sufficient permissions to query ldap.

Make sure the eDP account has permission to access all computers. To check if the account has permission to logon to all computers, do the following steps:

1. Login to a machine that has the ability to launch Active Directory Users and Computers.
2. Open the Active Directory Users and Computers and double click on an eDP account to go to its Properties.
3. Click on the Account tab, then click on the Log On To... button. This will open the Logon Workstations property.
4. Under This user can log on to:, ensure All computers is selected.
