Cause

The Source Account does not have the correct permission.

 

Resolution

To resolve the issue, update the permission for the Source account for SharePoint by following the steps below.
  1. Log in to the SharePoint site with administrative privileges.
  2. Navigate to the site settings.
  3. Click on 'Site permissions' or 'Advanced permissions' depending on the SharePoint version.
  4. Locate the Source Account in the list of users or groups.
  5. Assign the necessary permissions to the Source Account.
  6. Save the changes and retry the collection process.
