The portal page shows the following:
Warning - Operation has timed out.
Cause
This issue is seen when the Log on account for the Merge1 Agent is set to use Local System. As per the installation guide, the Merge1 Agent Log on account needs to be changed to the account that installed Merge1.
Resolution
Log onto the Merge1 server and update the Merge1 Agent service to use the domain account that installed Merge1 as the Log on account.
Issue/Introduction
Operation times out when trying to connect to Enterprise Vault (EV) SQL Server database in Configuration Wizard. This issue is seen when trying to configure an EV server as a target for an importer.
