This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to generate an audit trial report in Enterprise Vault Compliance Accelerator. The audit trial report allows you to view a list of emails produced based on specific criteria, such as date or status, without exporting the entire data set. This can be useful for auditing purposes or when you need to review a subset of emails.

How To Generate an Audit Trial Report:

1. Open the Compliance Accelerator client.
2. Go to the Review tab.
3. Select the desired department or search criteria to narrow down the items displayed.
4. Choose the items you want to include in the audit trial report based on the captured date or status.
5. Select all the items from the reading pane by clicking on the first item, holding the Shift key, and clicking on the last item. Alternatively, you can use Ctrl + Click to select multiple individual items.
6. Right-click on the selected items and choose "Copy Item Details to Clipboard" from the context menu.
7. The item details, including ID, From, Subject/Filename, Date, Status, Vault, and Saveset, will be copied to the clipboard.
