Can't be downloaded securely
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
Check the compatibility chart: Refer to the Enterprise Vault Compatibility Charts and verify the supported browser versions for your EV version. In this case, MS Edge Enterprise 124 is not compatible with EV 14.x and 15.x.
Install a compatible browser version: Upgrade MS Edge to a supported version according to the compatibility chart. Ensure that the new version is compatible with your EV version.
Test the download functionality: After installing the compatible browser version, attempt to download an archived email again. The "Can't be downloaded securely" error should no longer appear, and the download should proceed successfully.
