[71001] Could not load attachment

 

When attempting to download attachments, an error message "[71001] Could not load attachment" is displayed. Additionally, errors are encountered when processing attachments in the Processing tab > Exceptions. The root cause is the data in the original collection location is missing, which is causing errors when attempting to load attachments. Without the necessary files, the system is unable to retrieve and display the attachments for download.

To resolve this issue, make sure the data in the original collection is not missing, or online or accessible from an eDiscovery server.
