In the Merge1 portal, the agent shows the status as offline,and an incompatible version

Cause

Agent Portal cannot connect to the agent service using the Merge1 instance URL specified when registering the agent service.

Resolution

  1. Unregister the agent service following the steps in : Link
  2. Register the agent service again using https://localhost as the Merge1 URL.  The No SSL Verify option will need to be enabled as well.
